Rayon Sports, Gor Mahia and USM Alger stand a chance of making it to the quarters of the competition on Wednesday
Three out of four teams in Group D have a chance of making it to the quarter-finals of the competition.
Gor Mahia and USM Alger have eight points each, while third placed Rayon Sports have six, two more than bottom placed Yanga SC.
Gor Mahia, who have successfully defended their Kenyan Premier League title, will be away against USM Alger aiming at getting at least a point to progress to the next stage.
When the two sides faced each other in the first leg, none of them managed to hit the back of the net although the East African side had numerous chances to do that.
The North African side has not lost any match at home; they won 4-0 against Yanga SC, and managed to get a point in a one all draw against Rayon Sports.
Oussama Chita is suspended for USM Alger after accumulating two yellow cards, a blow for the entire team. After losing 2-1 at home against Rayon Sports, Gor Mahia needs at least a draw to stand a chance of making it to the quarters. They were unable to capitalize on the home soil in the first leg.
Goalkeeper Boniface Oluoch, who missed the match against Rayon, is back but Ephraim Guikan – who has so far scored two goals in the competition, is out. Francis Mustapha has made the cut same as Wesley Onguso, who replaces Wellington Ochieng.
