Journalists are trained in handling and knowing mental diseases and differentiating them from other diseases.
Mental diseases can be prevented, they are treated at professionalized psychiatry hospitals.
The training was aimed at alerting journalists on how to handle victims of different mental diseases during the Genocide commemoration week.
Journalists were urged to complement RBC and the Ministry of Health in knowing mental disorder cases during the twenty fourth commemoration of the Genocide against Tutsi.
